for the production of ice-cream

Ingredients:
Hazelnuts (38%), amaretti (19%) (sugar, wheat flour, almonds (6%), egg white, lactose, milk proteins, baking agent: E500, flavours), sugar, cocoa powder 22/24, sunflower oils, almond flour (4,5%), emulsifier: E322 (sunflower lecithin), antioxidants: E392, E306, flavours.

Use:  
70 g per l of mixture.

Storage:
Cold, dry and original packaging!
