Product description:

Flavoured sauce for the ice cream decoration and processing in ice cream.

Appearence/Taste:

Dense and smooth brown flowing liquid with taste and smell typical of tiramisù.

Recommended dosage:

At will. Cold and warm use. Consume within one month after opening.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugared egg yolk (25%), (egg yolk 12,5%, sugar), sugar, muscat wine, coffee (3,2%), flavourings, colourings: caramel, thickener: pectin - GLUTEN FREE !

Packaging: 1 kg polyethylene bottle, with heat-sealed seal and drip-catcher cap. Suitable for food storage in accordance with the EU Regulations n. 1935/2004, to the Ministerial Order 21/03/73 and subsequent amendments.

DMD (Date of minimum durability) and storage conditions: 3 years from production date if preserved in its original, closed packaging, away from heat sources in a cool, dry and clean place. Before use check the DMD on the packaging. The DMD stated refers to sealed and properly preserved packaging. Shake well before use.
