Product description:
Flavoured sauce for the ice cream decoration and processing in ice cream.

Appearence/Taste:
Soft cream of green colour with an intense and characteristic taste of pistachio.

Recommended dosage:
At will. To taste for variegation. Cold and warm use. Consume within one month after opening.

How to use:
Mix the product well before use until a homogeneous and uniform paste is obtained.


Ingredients:
Sugar, sunflower oil, pistachio 25%, skimmed milk powder, lactose, flavourings, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, antioxidant: natural tocopherol. May contain traces of soy and other nuts - GLUTEN FREE !

Total Bacterial Load: < 5000 UFC/g

Total Coliforms: < 10 UFC/g

Moulds and Yeasts: < 100 UFC/g

Allergens (Ann. III bis Directives 2000/13/EC, 2003/89/EC and 2007/68/EC): Contains milk and milk derivatives and nuts (pistachio).  May contain traces of soy and other nuts.

Flavours and Additives: Flavourings in compliance with EC Regulation n. 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and the European Council, of the 16th December 2008. Colourings in compliance with the EC Regulation n. 1333/2008 of the EU Parliament and the Council, of the 16th December 2008, about food additives.

Packaging: 1 kg polyethylene bottle with heat-sealed seal and drip-catcher cap. Suitable for food storage in accordance with the EU Regulations n. 1935/2004, to the Ministerial Order 21/03/73 and subsequent amendments.

DMD (Date of minimum durability) and storage conditions: 24 months from production date if preserved in its original, closed packaging, away from heat sources in a cool, dry and clean place. Before use check the DMD on the packaging. The DMD stated refers to sealed and properly preserved packaging.
